¹ Regional Rate Conditions:
1. Organization head office must be in regional city (i.e. Montréal, Calgary, Vancouver, etc.), and
2. 50% of corporate revenue must be derived from regional city.

² Qualifying Affiliates:
Those companies which are not sellers or buyers of online advertising; but are commercially engaged in providing services to these companies and the industry; they may include Ad Measurement Services, Multi-Media Development Companies, Research Companies, Technical Providers, Website Developers, Accounting Services, Legal Services, Executive Recruiters, Consulting Companies, Internet Service Providers, and others.

³ University & Educational Institution Conditions:
1. Allows up to 25 students on the corporate membership, and
2. School must have minimum of 50% of registered student members volunteering on one or more Council or Comte.
