IAB Canada as the national voice and de facto thought leader of the Canadian Digital Marketing and Advertising industry, represents the country’s top advertisers, agencies, media companies and ad tech providers.

We have an active policy and regulatory affairs committee, and have been active for several years in dealing with various government bodies including:

  • Holding meetings with the OPC and CRTC
  • Providing written submissions as part of formal legislative consultations
  • Hosting information sessions with IAB Canada stakeholders
  • Providing regular monthly policy and regulatory affairs updates on our member Download sessions

IAB Canada is a founding partner of the Ad Choices program in Canada and remains actively involved in the DAAC as a member on the Board of Directors.
