Back by popular demand, the Business of Digital “State of the Nation” event will be taking place again in Toronto on May 30 bringing the industry together from coast to coast to deliver updates on critical issues facing the digital advertising industry.

State of the Nation will kick off in Toronto with discussions on GDPR compliance, an update on fraud, important Canadian policy developments, brand safety reporting and more. This mid-year event is designed to bring you the facts and create a town hall environment to discuss current issues. We will also delve into emerging topics that will undoubtedly contribute to changing and shaping the online advertising industry in the coming years.

The 2018 event will take place in Toronto, Halifax, Montreal, Calgary and Vancouver.

3:45pm – 4:15pm IAB Tech Lab – Purveying Global Security and Technical Solutions to the Supply Chain
Brendan Riordan-Butterworth, Senior Director of IAB Tech Lab will provide an overview of all the projects on the go at the Lab, discuss the recent acquisition of DigiTrust and what this means for the industry as well as provide an update on Ads.txt adoption. Brendan will share some other exciting developments on the horizon – all designed to assist in our mission to secure the supply chain.
