This year is business unusual. We are entering a holiday shopping planning season that has been uprooted to the nth degree. This year’s pandemic crisis has had a profound impact on eCommerce as consumers have found themselves with online shopping as their only choice.

On the surface this shift may appear as a welcomed development ripe with opportunities, but scratching the surface reveals a whole host of challenges.

IAB Canada has curated an informative eCommerce Seminar that digs into the issues faced by both well-established eCommerce brands as well as those who have been forced to the scene. We’ll cover everything from the latest research on online shopping in Canada to developing a balanced strategy to support fluctuating inventories and works in concert with operational ramp-ups.
