State of the Nation 2021 – IAB Canada’s National Town Hall Event Uninterrupted 

Designed to bring you the facts and create a town hall environment to discuss current issues, this year’s State of the Nation will delve into emerging topics that will undoubtedly contribute to changing and shaping of the online advertising industry in the coming years. 

Kicking off the main event will be an industry update by IAB Canada President, Sonia Carreno. This important overview will be followed up by the IAB Tech Lab who will take us through critical developments on the technical solutions coming out of Project Rearc’s Addressability, Accountability and Global Privacy working groups that will inevitably help our industry prepare for a cookieless future. 

Coming up next, will be a deep dive into the future of ad targeting when industry experts take the stage to give us a closer look at authenticated and unauthenticated audiences as well as the work coming out of Google’s Privacy Sandbox. We will also be joined by our global privacy panel of experts who will discuss jurisdictional privacy developments and the implications for the digital ecosystem. Capping off the day will be a close look at the role of the role of CMPs and CDPs – two pieces of adtech that every marketer and publisher should consider adding to their privacy toolkit.  

And finally, you be given a chance to mingle like you never have before during our networking sessions where you’ll be able to see some familiar faces and introduce yourself to some new ones!
