The Bell Media team creates and delivers the best Canadian and international content across our digital media, television, radio, and out-of-home advertising platforms. We’re looking for innovative team players ready to take some of the most well-known entertainment brands in the country to the next level.
Job Duties/Accountabilities:
- Be prime for Bell Media’s Digital Order Management System (OMS) and other Ad Sales tools
- Manage and proactively update user access, client accounts, product catalog, and workflow rules
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement best practices for lead-to-cash processes
- Create and distribute cross-functional workflow diagrams and user guides
- Train and support Sales & Account Management users on order entry and revisions
- Drive resolution of synchronization issues between OMS and integrated systems
- Monitor system performance and conduct regular audits to ensure quality control of inputs
- Organize feature request and future integrations roadmap in partnership with vendors
- Stay abreast on latest digital trends through participation in IAB or other industry committees/events

- Proven ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously without compromising quality

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Works well independently or within a team
Preferred:
- University degree (or equivalent) in business, technology, or marketing
- 2+ years experience in Digital Media industry within Ad Operations, PMO, Product Management, Data Analytics, or Information Technology departments
- Knowledge of digital ad technology and tools (Ad servers, OMS, DSP, SSP, DMP)
- Knowledge of IAB ad formats and emerging digital trends
- Comprehensive understanding of campaign success and reporting metrics including viewability
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio)
- Familiarity with web tools (Charles Proxy, Fiddler, Google Developer Tools), JIRA and Confluence

Bilingualism is an asset (English and French); adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
