Position Title: Digital Monetization Specialist, Bell Media

Job Status: Regular- Full time

Job Location: Canada: 50 Eglinton, Ontario: Toronto or 87 Ontario, Montréal, Québec

Responsibilities:

  • Project manage the integration of ad products, processes and tools across Bell Media brands on digital platforms on behalf of Advertising Sales & Monetization
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, test and execute go-to-market strategies for new ad products
  • Provide subject matter expertise and campaign support for ad products and platforms
  • Report on and analyze performance of ad products against KPIs
  • Identify opportunities for ad-related enhancements with a focus on the ad buyer perspective
  • Develop and manage business relationships with various ad technology vendors
  • Participate in IAB or other industry committees or events to stay abreast on latest digital trends

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years related experience in Ad Operations, Technical Account Management, Programmatic, Project Management, Product Management, or Quality Assurance preferably within Digital Media industry
  • University degree or equivalent in business, technology, or marketing with a strong technical and analytical background
  • Knowledge of digital ad technology and tools (e.g. OMS, ad servers, DSP, SSP, DMP)
  • Knowledge of IAB ad formats and emerging digital trends
  • Comprehensive understanding of campaign success and reporting metrics including viewability
  • Experience with web tools (e.g. Charles Proxy, Fiddler, Google Developer Tools), JIRA and Confluence
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and Excel applications
  • Proactive with demonstrated ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
  • Proven ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously without compromising quality
  • Data-driven problem solving skills
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Works well independently or with a team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bilingualism is an asset (English and French)

Bilingualism is an asset (English and French); adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
