There’s a lot going on in the background of any paid search campaign. From keyword research to budgeting, and understanding the unique needs of each and every client, the day-to-day for a Digital Media Specialist running multiple campaigns can vary wildly. We’re looking for someone who not only understands best practices in digital, but isn’t afraid to get creative. After all, we prefer to be ahead of the curve rather than scrambling to catch up.

What We Get

  • An expert to perform research on target audience, brands, category, competitive landscape, and keywords.
  • A strong writer to create ad copy that incorporates brand messaging and promotions through unique headlines, location information, ad extensions, and CTAs.
  • A manager to oversee SEM campaigns including budgets and timelines as well as update geo-targeting and ad copy as needed.
  • A digital native who knows the importance of constant tracking and optimization from ad copy, to budgeting, to capitalizing on trends.
  • A money-savvy professional who will keep an eye on campaign performance and identify when to pause and re-allocate budgets for a larger impact.
  • An organized team player who can work with other teams to review and interpret data and provide guidance for optimizing campaign strategies.

Requirements:

  • 2 – 5 years of paid search/SEM marketing experience
  • Experience working with large campaigns (i.e. multiple thousands of keywords, ad copies, and budgets of +$500k PA)
  • Detailed experience with search engines such as Google, Yahoo!, and Bing
  • Keyword research and experience estimating campaign size and budget
  • Detailed report creation for paid campaigns
  • Knowledge of HTML and other Web scripting languages
