We’re seeking an experienced and driven Senior Programmatic Trader to join our dynamic team in Toronto. This role offers a unique opportunity to architect and execute high-impact digital marketing campaigns for brands across various industries.

Your Role

As a Senior Programmatic Trader, you’ll be at the forefront of our performance-driven campaigns. You’ll architect, execute, and optimize programmatic strategies that turn client budgets into measurable, game-changing results. This role demands a blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and a relentless focus on ROI.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Management:

  • Develop and execute programmatic advertising strategies that align with client goals and deliver high ROI.
  • Oversee the setup, management, and optimization of programmatic campaigns across multiple demand-side platforms (DSPs) and ad exchanges.
  • Monitor and adjust campaign parameters to ensure optimal performance, including targeting, bidding strategies, and creative rotation.

Data Analysis and Optimization:

  • Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
  • Implement optimization strategies based on data-driven insights to maximize campaign effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Conduct A/B testing and other experimentation methods to refine targeting and creative strategies.

Client and Stakeholder Communication:

  • Act as a key point of contact for clients, providing updates on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports on campaign results, highlighting key metrics, successes, and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Account Managers and Creative, to align campaign strategies and ensure cohesive execution.
  • Platform Expertise:
  • Maintain expertise in programmatic platforms, tools, and technologies, including DSPs, data management platforms (DMPs), and supply-side platforms (SSPs).
  • Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.

Strategic Planning:

  • Contribute to the development of strategic media plans and recommendations based on client objectives and market analysis.
  • Identify opportunities for growth and improvement within existing campaigns and propose new strategies to enhance performance.

Technical and Operational Excellence:

  • Ensure the accurate and efficient execution of campaign tasks, including tagging, tracking, and integration with analytics tools.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to campaign delivery or performance.

What You’ll Bring

  • Has 3+ years of experience managing high-impact programmatic campaigns
  • Demonstrates advanced proficiency with platforms including DV360, The Trade Desk, and StackAdapt
  • Exhibits strong analytical capabilities with expertise in Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or similar tools
  • Holds relevant certifications in major DSP platforms
