Talent and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion

We must to better and IAB Canada has been committed to doing better:

  1. IAB Canada Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) Charter
    • IAB Canada established a Charter alongside of industry to support the three main Principles of Advocacy, Education and Strategic Action and Assessment, across eight (8) commitments to foster a workplace that is inclusion, without superseding any existing DEI policies that might be in place with our members.   2. The Global DEI Census: Canada Market Report Presented by Kantar and World Federation of Advertisers
    A first-of-it’s kind look into diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) within the Canadian marketing sector – and across the globe, delving into ethnicity, disability, family status, age, gender and more!

  3. IAB Canada Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Podcast and Group Discussion Webinar
    As stewards of the digital industry here in Canada, our responsibility is one of establishing open – honest, conversations on lived experiences. Especially as it relates to Diversity, Equality and Inclusion. In doing so, our hope is that we may learn from each other, establish best practices and support the healthy growth of the digital ecosystem. Listen to the full podcast episodes here.
    Join us as our DEI Working Group brings together diverse voices to speak to the opportunity that spans the country! This power-hour kicks off with one of Canada’s leaders in consumer and audience research: Vividata, who will take industry through their recent Multicultural consumer study, followed by Fireside discussion with Canada’s own Sunflower Media on buying against the multicultural voice, and ending with an esteemed panel who will continue to delve into how they are thinking about, and planning for, the diverse voices across Canadian.
