Corporate Social Responsibility
IAB Canada is committed to building towards a sustainable online advertising ecosystem. From the people we employ and the ethical use of data, to the impact on our environment, we have a lot of work to do. The work we do today impacts the future of our sector.
These are the pressing issues that we’re working with our members to address:
Talent and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion
We must to better and IAB Canada has been committed to doing better:
- IAB Canada Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) Charter
- IAB Canada established a Charter alongside of industry to support the three main Principles of Advocacy, Education and Strategic Action and Assessment, across eight (8) commitments to foster a workplace that is inclusion, without superseding any existing DEI policies that might be in place with our members. Click here to view the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Charter.
- Garnered tremendous support across industry. See a full list of IAB Canada member companies supporting the charter here.
