The ideal candidate will have an ability to guide and assist in the media execution across a suite of clients, with operational support of technology, data and tracking to support the clients’ business needs. The candidate should be comfortable multitasking and working cross-functionally with different business units. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in related fields.

The following is an overview of responsibilities:

Manage the day to day digital execution for assigned clients

· Build strong business relationships with clients by managing the day to day in a professional, intelligent and articulate manner. Be seen as the digital subject matter expert and have the ability to articulate digital strategies, technical requirements and POV’s in language that is easy to for all levels of client to understand.

· Work with the data and planning team to provide accurate and timely reporting/analytics to our clients with deep insights, benchmarks and recommendations on next steps and optimizations

 

Maintain and cultivate a well-rounded technical skillset

· Gain an understand clients’ marketing technology stack and how to best leverage for audience and consumer insights.

· Keep up to date as required with digital certifications and new developments with our core advertising platforms. Seek out additional skills and understanding of new emerging marketing/media technology

· Ensure a strong working knowledge of how all technologies work together including tracking and implementation to deliver client’s objectives

· Including but not limited to;

  • DCO
  • Server 2 server & CAPI setup
  • First party IDs – bidstream signals, client CDP/CRM

· Stay up to date on privacy and compliance requirements

· Understand Site Tagging, GA4 and GTM for the purposes of data collection, conversion tracking and performance of campaigns.

· Keeping on top of industry landscape, digital formats, and best practices. Including generating POV’s for our clients, creative agencies, and internal teams

 

Strategic Thinking, Plan Development and Execution

· Understanding assigned client business drivers, target audience, and business KPI’s

· Work with the team on a collaborative digital planning process, ensuring the utilization of data and analytics (client data, syndicated data, consumer behaviour, etc.).

· Working with the team to develop strategic, insightful and accurate reports for our clients with benchmarks and recommendations on next steps that connect back to the business drivers

· Demonstrate ability to problem solve and present challenges in a way that focus on solutions

 

Team and workflow Management

· Setting the standard and adhering to Cairns Oneil processes for excellence in client management, strategic delivery with client outcomes in mind

· Keeping key stakeholders informed in a timely and succinct manner, internal and external

· Demonstrating consistent excellence in communication via emails, written and in person presentations

· Collaborating and coordinating with SME’s (subject matter experts) to provide the best inputs to plans to meet/exceed client objectives

· Giving staff honest, professional feedback on performance and encourage improvement when needed

· Structuring and following up on the team responsibilities to meet client deadlines

· Managing timelines and workflow to meet deadlines

· Maintaining a culture of open dialogue and demonstrating expectations, with regular feedback.

Reputation and Culture

· Be responsive to email/phone requests for meetings including giving fair and timely feedback to proposals

· Lead with curiosity. Be open to new ideas, vendors, technology, etc

· Be open to feedback and provide feedback for the betterment of the work and yourself.

· Be collaborative across internal teams, IATs, and with clients

· Present yourself in a professional manner at all business/ industry meetings, events, forums, etc.

· Look for opportunities to speak at events, join boards, be involved in industry events and forums.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in Digital Media Execution
  • Understanding of the digital technology ecosystem, including measurement best practices, site tagging, conversion tracking and pixels.
  • Understanding of the main DSPs, DMPs, CDPs and Analytics platforms.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Strong ability to multitask
  • Comfort working with multiple groups within business
