We are currently seeking a talented individual to join our team in a key role. If you are enthusiastic about strategic thinking, campaign execution, and driving results, this might be the position for you.
The Job
As a Media Planner and Buyer, you would develop and execute data-driven media plans across both traditional and digital channels, including merging platforms. Our ideal candidate would bring the following skills:
- 4+ years’ experience in all facets of media planning and media buying
- Confidence in working with clients direct, with proficiency in working across a variety of client sectors and budgets that range from five to seven figures
- Strong communications skills (verbal and written), with the ability to convey your recommendations and strategic planning and buying insights to both clients and colleagues
- Can develop multi-channel media recommendations, with a passion for discovering innovative media solutions for clients
- Ability to buy all planned campaigns (traditional and digital) with skills in setting up any platform specific media (i.e. META, Google, TikTok, Vistar DOOH etc.)
- Understanding of budget maintenance and billing requirements
- Ability to interpret reporting analytics and to develop insightful post-buy analysis for both digital and traditional media platforms (familiarity with GA4, GTM and Looker is ideal), with the skills to translate this information into visual reports
- Insider knowledge of media systems, tools, and workflows often found in agency ecosystems
- Comfort working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments with dynamic client needs
- Proficient in standard office software products (Microsoft/Google) and knowledge of media research tools (Numeris, Lens)
Salary: $60,000 – $80,000 depending on experience
