An accomplished sales professional with 17 years of progressive experience, Mancini boasts an impressive list of credentials. Prior to joining Rogers Media, she served as Director of Digital Sales & Ad Operations for the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation (CBC), where she was instrumental in developing and executing the company’s digital sales strategy, resulting in accelerated revenue growth. Mancini joined CBC in 2008 where she successfully formed the Digital Sales & Ad Operations department, establishing the broadcaster’s digital advertising footprint amongst the advertising community.  In 2011, she led the integration of CBC & Radio Canada’s digital salesforce into a centralized team, and its success served as the benchmark for full business integration (TV & Radio) across both companies.

Prior to her role at CBC, Mancini held various positions with Shaw Media (formerly Canwest Global Communications Corporation), including Director of Digital Sales & Ad Operations, where she oversaw advertising sales, client solutions and Ad Operations for more than 80 owned and operated websites.

Mancini is a graduate of Ryerson University’s School of Business Management and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Information and Technology Management.
