The Code for Responsible Advertising of Food and Beverage Products for Children came into effect on June 28, 2023 and applies to all advertisers in Canada. This Code places strict restrictions on the advertising of food and beverages to children.

In this webinar, Ad Standards staff will provide a practical overview of this Code and the ins and outs of preclearance.
