PAYMENT AND ACCOUNT ACCESS

After the registration process is complete the billing contact listed in the registration will be sent an email confirmation which represents receipt of payment and confirmation course enrollment. Shortly after this the learner (as listed during the registration process) will receive an email inviting them to create an account in the IAB Canada Learning Management Software (LMS) platform.

If the user has taken an online course with IAB Canada in the past they will not receive a secondary email prompting them to create an account. To access the newly purchased course the learner will need to log into their existing IAB Canada LMS account.

Also note:

  • Online training courses may NOT be transferred to another student.
  • Students have 365 days (12-months) to complete the online course after that time they will no longer have access to the material.

REFUNDS

No refunds will be granted for IAB Canada on-demand online courses.

Printed materials provided by IAB Canada is meant for the exclusive use of the individual attendee, and no portion of any of the printed materials provided by IAB Canada may be scanned, copied, reproduced or in any other way distributed or made available for use by anyone but the original individual registrant or attendee at the seminar(s).

Your privacy is important to us. By registering for an IAB Canada on-demand course, you are agreeing to receive digital communications from IAB Canada. If we ever require your information for anything other than sending you a confirmation for, or update on, course enrollment, we’ll ask for your permission first. You can unsubscribe from these notices at any time.
