The Programmatic Coordinator is responsible in aiding activities such as campaign setup, campaign management, optimizations, performance reporting, and billing reconciliation. The Programmatic Account Coordinator is responsible for identifying and implementing optimizations as approved by the Programmatic Director and client. They provide input in the construction of client decks and status documentation.
- Aid in execution, management, and optimization of online media campaigns and programs for agency clients (e.g. auction/exchange based performance media, audience-based buying, remarketing campaigns)
- Ownership of campaign insertions into Prisma management tool.
- Helping in billing reconciliations for their respective territory.
- Management the delivery of creative assets, insertion orders and all relevant campaign documentation in preparation for campaign launch
- Assist in the development of client-facing campaign performance reports
- Trafficking campaign tags into ad exchange environments
- Running the campaign QA process to ensure accurate campaign implementation, pacing, and performance
- Providing monthly auditing reports to Agency partners & actualize bill/pay systems when applicable
Qualifications
- Relevant professional or internship experience, preferably in bid management, campaign management, or digital operations (or 1 year of experience in related field)
- Understanding of traditional and interactive media planning elements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office solutions
- Strong analytical thinking and mathematical skills
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Ability to organize and manage detail work
