Your Role
We’re seeking an experienced and driven Programmatic Sales Executive to lead our expansion efforts in Western Canada. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the digital marketing landscape and drive growth for ambitious brands across the region.
You’ll be responsible for spearheading our programmatic advertising solutions across Western Canada. This position reports directly to the Associate VP of Sales and plays a crucial role in our company’s growth strategy. You’ll leverage your deep expertise in programmatic advertising to drive revenue growth, work closely with internal teams, and identify new opportunities for both existing and potential clients.
What You’ll Do:
- Spearhead our programmatic sales strategy in the Western Canadian market
- Collaborate with trading divisions, buying teams, and planners within agencies across various verticals (Independent Agencies, D2C, eCommerce, Retail, Client Direct, and Holding Companies)
- Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders at all levels
- Ensure we meet and exceed revenue targets across the West Coast
- Proactively pitch strategic ideas and industry-leading opportunities that align with client KPIs
- Act as an educator and omnichannel expert, keeping clients updated on industry challenges
- Implement and promote our core programmatic business and product suite
- Work with our product and presales teams to tailor offerings to client needs
- Play a key role in client entertainment and relationship building
- Identify and address potential threats and opportunities
- Adapt your communication style to persuade and influence positive outcomes
- Go above and beyond for clients, demonstrating drive and enthusiasm
We’re Looking for Someone Who
- Proven track record in programmatic advertising sales, with 5+ years of experience
- Deep understanding of the digital marketing landscape, including DSPs, DMPs, and emerging ad technologies
- Strong network of agency and brand contacts in Western Canada
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Self-motivated with a history of exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment
