IAB Canada is pleased to announce the addition of three new members to the Board of Directors. The Board provides leadership for carrying out the Association’s mission to provide powerful digital leadership in Canada. Eric Morris, Director of Search & Performance at Google, will continue to serve as Chair of the 2017 Board of Directors.

Maura Hanley, SVP General Manager, Havas Media Canada, is an advertising industry veteran with over 20 years of experience and a passion for data driven marketing. Maura has consistently kept pace with the latest in marketing innovation from performance analytics to social media and emerging mobile tactics. She has worked with advertisers in a variety of categories including telecommunication, financial, automotive, pharmaceutical, travel, retail and packaged goods. Her expertise includes both brand and direct marketing.
Maura has always been an active participant in the marketing community. She was a CMA instructor for many years was on the board of directors and VP Research of the Interactive Advertising Bureau from 2004 to 2010 and a founding member of the Location Based Marketing Association’s advisory board. Maura currently represents Havas Media on the board of the Canadian Media Directors Council and is a member of the I-COM Data Creativity Awards (DCA) Board.
As Vice President of Digital Sales, Innovation and Emerging Media, Mancini leads the national and local Digital Sales & Solutions teams, representing Rogers Media’s unparalleled portfolio of media brands, coupled with 200+ partner websites, delivering premium advertising formats, branded content, and programmatic solutions.
An accomplished sales professional with 17 years of progressive experience, Mancini has also served in leadership roles, spanning across sales and advertising operations, at Canadian Broadcasting Corporation (CBC) and Corus Entertainment (Formerly Canwest Global Communications Corporation).
Jake Norman is Head of Agency Development for Facebook and Instagram in Canada. His role was created to partner with agencies to grow clients’ businesses together on the platform.
Prior to joining Facebook in 2015, Jake was President & Chief Strategy Officer of Mindshare Canada. As well as being responsible for the strategy of the agency and overall strategic product, Jake had a cross functional group of Managing Directors reporting to him covering Client Leadership, Research and HR.
Jake is active in the advertising industry, speaking at industry events as well as being a judge including chairing the Media Innovation Awards.
Jake started his career in Ireland and has an MSc in Advertising as well as a Degree in Law. He lives downtown Toronto with his wife and multiple mobile devices.
