AB Canada was honoured to represent its members at the House of Common’s Standing Committee on Access to Information, Privacy and Ethics.
On Tuesday May 30th, Sonia Carreno, President of IAB Canada and Adam Kardash, Counsel, IAB Canada and Chair, Privacy and Data Management, Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt LLP were invited to testify in front of the Ethics committee about the proposed amendments to PIPEDA.
IAB Canada was given the floor to provide in-person commentary on the submission we put forward months ago.
